Do Black News sites gatekeep for the status quo?
Do Black news sites harm black people by focusing more on entertainment than on substance? Do black news sites have more articles on Diddy than on improving black education? Do black news sites have more articles on illegal immigration than articles on black youth killed by the police? Do black news sites have more articles on other ethnic achievements than they do on black unity?
What must be done?
Black news sites must be told by the collective group that entertainment is no longer an option. We are at a time in history where our very survival is at stake. We cannot remain stagnant, focusing solely on the dominant society as the guilty party. They have welcomed other ethnic groups to immigrate here to neutralize our voice. Until we wake up, organize, and gain political and economic strength, we are a doomed people.
